Pokemon TCG Live Breaks Host

Job Description：

  1. Responsible for TIKTOK live streaming and unpacking Pokemon trading cards in live. ( Customers buy Pokemon cards during live, they will watch their packs get opened by you)

  2. Interacting with the audience actively, having relatively good logical thinking and responsiveness, being able to respond to questions from the audience, directing the audience to the shop, and improving fan stickiness.

  3. Mobilising audience energy and increasing activation through improvisation during the live streaming.

  4. Convert accurate audience and be good at identifying shortcomings in live streaming and improving them.

  5. The live streaming of the e-commerce platform is based on the sale of goods, familiar with product knowledge, 6 hours of live streaming per day.

    Additional if part-time

Who you are：

  1. Pokemon trading card lover, have a least one year experience playing Pokemon trading cards, know how to pronounce Pokemon's name.

  2. Confident and cheerful, good at expressing themselves, talented, active, and interactive

  3. Can host live shows independently, responsible for normal live streaming and strategy Live Streaming

  4. have an extremely strong understanding, communication, and coordination skills, work proactively, able to take the initiative to think, find and solve problems.

  5. Live streaming experience is preferred

Required Education:
Bachelor Degree in Art, Design or closely related fields.;

Job Duties：

1. Maintain and execute the visual identity of the company across various platforms, including livestream platforms (e.g., TikTok), retail platforms (e.g., Shopify), physical stores, and conventions.

2. Design company products and packaging, working with manufacturers overseas to ensure quality and timely delivery.

3. Support the production of visual content, including videos and social media graphics, ensuring consistent branding across all channels.

4. Design and produce IP-licensing products, coordinate with IP holders to ensure products align with licensing agreements and coordinate marketing materials for these products.

5. Assist in the training and onboarding of design interns, providing guidance and feedback on projects.

6. Contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions to explore new ideas for physical product designs and innovative online sales strategies.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum of 6 months experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating visuals for both digital and print media.

2. Minimum of 6 months experience designing content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

3. Minimum of 6 months experience in video editing and production, creating dynamic video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

4. Minimum of 6 months experience using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD) to create high-quality designs and visuals.

5. Minimum of 6 months experience in using data-driven insights from social media analytics to adjust design strategies for better engagement and brand visibility.

6. Minimum of 6 months experience in using HTML and CSS in web development.

7. Minimum of 6 months experience in using 3D software (eg., Blender, Cinema 4D or Unreal Engine 4) in creating static and motion graphics
